1) Brown Sausages in Olive Oil in a large skillet. Low Heat. - This takes me around 20 to 25 minutes. (Low and Slow produces best results and minimizes splashing)
NOTE: I will place a cover over the sausages leaving a small partial space on one side to allow for venting and splash control.
2) Add ALL ingredient Except the Green Pepper
3) Cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Then add the sliced Green Peppers and cook for another 30-40 minutes. Cooking longer enhances the overall flavor. - Stir Occasionally
4) Done
Serve:
Over Pasta or your choice. (I use Angel Hair)
Serve On French Bread - Cut into long lengths. Similar to Italian Beef Sandwich

Yellow Pepper - Sliced
Sweet Onion - Sliced or diced
Splash of Vino
