2 qts whole milk
1 cup long grain rice
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bring milk to a low boiler (stir frequently)

Add Rice

Keep milk just under a boil for 35-40 (Cook rice until tender)

In a Separate Bowl Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix. Add a cup of pudding to prevent the eggs from cooking and mix. Add to cooking rice. Continue stirring for 2 minutes and pour into pan.

Sprinkle pudding top with a combination of cinnamon and cinnamon sugar to taste

Let cool before coving to eliminate condensation
