Skillet Chicken Bulgogi

 ¼ cup chopped onion
 5 tbsp soy sauce
 2 ½ tbsp brown sugar
 2 tbsp minced garlic
 2 tbsp sesame oil
 ½ tsp cayenne
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 your choice of vegetables

Whisk onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until marinade is smooth.

Brown (not fully cooked) chicken in a wok

Remove chicken and sauté desired vegetables

Remove vegetables and pour sauce into wok. Occasionally stir until it starts to simmer

Add chicken back into wok and mix for about 1 minute

Add sautéed vegetables to walk and mix then serve over rice
