3 lbs beef (The better quality of beef used reduces cooking time. I have used Sirloin Tip Roast and it is a good choice.)
½ package – Lipton Onion Soup Mix – Dry Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 ounces mushrooms
beef broth (can substitute water)
1
Slice beef into bite size pieces. Place into large skillet and brown the meat all sides.
2
Add above ingredients and stir.
3
As soup heats, add a little water as needed to achieve desired consistency (Replace
Water with Beef Broth for additional Beef Flavor)
4
Cook LOW, stirring frequently to prevent soup mix from burning. Cook for at least 45
minutes to an hour. Until meat is tender. (Better meat requires less cooking time)
